CONCEPT
Wentworth Point development brings together the best in apartment living with a more social approach to community and responsible approach to the natural and human environment. Plans include the development of a marina, rowing club and a new retail precinct. But at the same time care is being taken not to overdevelop. Wentworth Point is surrounded by water, natural wetlands, and parklands as well as public open spaces throughout the suburb. Place is perfectly designed to give all the benefits of peninsula living Wentworth Point. It has a tranquil village atmosphere that comes from having no through traffic – while making sure the rest of Sydney is still easily accessible.
It already has its own ferry stop and a bus route linking into the Sydney Olympic Park transport hub. A footbridge across the bay links Wentworth Point with the Rhodes shopping precincts, business parks and train station. The apartment has been carefully designed while keeping all the exteriors and to meet client requirements. It has been finished with light colors with lots of wooden details, which perfectly match the building design.
