CONCEPT

The project is a powerful and dynamic commitment to an aesthetic and brutal style. The plan works because it allows for this aesthetic to connect over shared light and space. The project is a powerful and dynamic commitment to an aesthetic and brutal style. The plan works because it allows for this aesthetic to connect over shared light and space.

It is spatially innovative and challenge preconceived notions of high-rise living design. The apartment is materially rich and detailed to meet high standards of workmanship. It speaks of luxury, innovation, and forward-thinking design.

LOCATION AND SITE

New high-rise apartment building to replace existing and much-derided Blues Point Tower as designed by architect Harry Seidler. Site has iconic view of Sydney Harbour, Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.

80-storey building with combination of one and two level apartments. Designed penthouse apartment is located on 63 and 64 level.
